My approach is based on decades of experience with individuals, families and groups blended with evidence-based psychology, my own journey, and a big dose of compassion. I’m not here to “fix” you—but I am here to assist you to arrive at your own wisdom so you can create change that allows you to reclaim your power and embrace who you are.
